Energy Medicine employs a variety of approaches for healing utilizing the human energy system. Every contemporary approach, technique and philosophy for healing encompasses one underlying premise, energy informs matter, thus influencing the bio-physical processes that contribute to the degeneration or reconnection and regeneration of health within an individual. Throughout recorded history most of the known cultures of the world have been found to use various forms of non-invasive healing methods that interact with and utilize energy, otherwise referred to as chi, qi, prana, or spirit. In an attempt to define and describe this mysterious unseen, dynamic essence that permeates life, proponents of energy medicine and alternative, integrative healing practices attribute the source of this phenomenon to God, love, the universe, or the field. Bridging the divide between science, spirituality and medicine is currently on the foreground for many prominent researchers and pioneers in the fields of energy medicine, consciousness and human potential.

Angelo Corriero’s exploration, informal research, study and practice in the field began in 1997 following a spontaneous out of body experience (OBE). For weeks following this experience he began to feel ‘electrical’ charges move through his body at varying intervals and intensities consistently for hours, days, weeks and months that followed without his conscious volition to do so. The presence of these new and unusual sensations were characterized by an intermittent heat that enveloped his hands—at times his entire body when ‘actively’ engaged with what he instinctively understood to be the causal link between what others reported as relief of pain and malaise. Somehow he had been ‘downloaded’ with an ability to facilitate healings in others.

For three years he continued to practice with friends, family, co-workers, and colleagues earning a Spiritual Healing certificate with The Church of Universal Love (a Spiritualist Church of Canada branch), in addition to completing an eight-week Spiritual Healing and Energy Transfer module with the Transformational Arts College.

In 2000 he attended Dr. Eric Pearl's Level I/II Reconnective Healing® seminar, discovering that next "elusive jump" in his healing practice. Throughout Angelo’s employment experience in adult education as Registrar, Event Coordinator, and Program Manager with The Learning Annex of Canada (2000-2003) he continued his studies with the faculty comprised of leading pioneers, and N.Y. Times best-selling authors in the fields of energy medicine, and human potential. From 2004-2006, Angelo worked with the Practitioner Support team for internationally renowned healer Dr. Eric Pearl, best-selling author of The Reconnection: Heal Others, Heal Yourself (Hay House).

Throughout the course of his private practice, Angelo has facilitated sessions with countless number of individuals from all walks of life with a variety of health challenges. Sessions are available in three formats, privately one-on one, at a distance, and through participation as a group.
