Free Introductory Workshop

Every moment of your life you have the power to make empowering choices that support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. A healthier you is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and to others. This highly interactive workshop invites you to travel two roads simultaneously: the external world of perception, the internal world of subjective truth. Angelo – drawing from his on-going practice, experience, and training in medical intuition, energy medicine, spiritual psychotherapy and practical nursing – will safely guide you through a series of experiential exercises in a supportive community atmosphere. Participants explore this rich inner territory in a variety of ways including visualization, guided imagery, journaling, self-reflection and prayer.

Regardless of the challenges you may be facing, this workshop will arm you with simple, practical methods of connecting with a source of health found only by traveling deep within. Learning to pay attention to your body, your mind, your emotions and your spirit is a responsibility that demands vigilant attention, and discipline. Be prepared to do the work, prepare to enjoy the rewards offered by conscious awareness.
